Order Processing Time

We process orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Order Shipping Time/ Delivery Time

• Shipping/Estimated time is 5-8 business days.

•  Unfortunately, we don’t offer both express and expedited shipping options.

• No exchange {Be sure to double-check your order before placing one.} 

• Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours after placing the order. 

• In case of a change in shipping address, please contact us info@luvybody.com within 24 hours of purchasing with the new address. (Once the order ships, it cannot be changed). 

• Once the order has been shipped and received by our carrier, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
