How does return Work?

  1. Initiate a self-return through your account and contact us at info@luvybody.com within 24-48 hours of receiving the package.
  2. Email must include your personal information such as name, order numer, date of purchased with pictures includes close-up and full shots proven that the item is unsatisfying.
  3. Follow the return instructions once your return has been approved.
  4. Return within 3 business days upon receiving.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving returned items, if the item is unworn, unstained, and undamaged. In the event that the package does not satisfy the request for a refund, it (package) will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund. 

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.luvybody.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@luvybody.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Can I cancel my order after being placed?

Yes, cancellations are only allowed within the initial 24 hours after placing the order.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

What countries do you ship to?

We shipped only in the U.S

Do you offer express shipping?

No, we do not offer express shipping.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are sent by via email. If you do not see it, you may need to check your spam folder and double-check to see if you entered your email correctly at checkout.

Please, be sure to double-check your order before proceeding with the placement. 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please initiate a self-return through your account and contact us at info@luvybody.com within 24-48 hours of receiving the package. When emailing us, attach pictures of the item issue, include close-up and full shots, along with your order number and date of purchase. This will ensure that you receive a refund for your return.  We’ll respond within 48 hours. Thus, you must return any items within 3 business days after receiving, and please follow the return instructions which also was sent by email before returning any items.

 

 

How do I return an item. What’s needs to be included in my return package?

Initiate a self-return through your account and then email us. If you request is approved follow the return instructions which also was sent by email before returning any items. We PREFER you use USPS Flat Rate Shipping or First-Class Package. Once we receive your return, we will promptly notify you of our decision via email.

 

My package shows delivery but it’s nowhere to be found?

Please note, we are not responsible for any loss or stalling packages so, if you believe your package may have been lost or stolen please contact your local post office for further investigation. And also, you can file a missing package claim with the carrier you used. 

What would happen, if the return item shows signs of worn, stains, or damage?

Please be advised, WE WILL SENT BACK any item that shows these signs above without issued a refund.
